Description As a Section Head for onsemi's premier manufacturing facility in Gresham, Oregon, you will work in a dynamic team environment and manage a team of maintenance technician staff to perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance proficiently on semiconductor manufacturing tools. You will also coordinate their efforts with area equipment engineers including projects, tasks, procedures and managing equipment maintenance software (XMA/X-site). o Organize maintenance activities including UM prioritization, PM scheduling, part inventories, and supplies. o Assess and improve the quality and safety of the work being performed through regular tool audits, training, and data analysis. o Assess and deliver performance reviews using a combination of tool, shift, and individual level metrics o Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with the staff. Non Standard Shift. This position requires night shift coverage overlap. Qualifications Requirements:
o 4 years of direct semiconductor or related manufacturing/maintenance experience o 2 years of direct supervisory or related project management experience o Bachelor's degree Specific Skills:
o Must possess good interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills o Strong analytical and problem solving skills o Able to act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments o Experience working on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles o Ability to exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. o Strong verbal and written communication skills. o Good project management skills with excellent cross-functional leadership. o Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively o Self-motivated and able to work independently o Competency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
