A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - DISPATCHER In this administrative position, you are vital to the success of our operations.
You cheerfully and professionally correspond with our customers in person, over the phone, and through email.
Based on their needs and the schedules of our technicians, you book appointments for both new and returning clients.
Acting as a liaison between our clients and our crew, you competently dispatch the right technicians to each job.
After booking appointments, you coordinate with utility companies to ensure that gas and electric work is completed on time.
You also handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as pulling permits, updating accounts, and scheduling inspections.
As jobs progress, you keep an open line of communication with technicians, supervisors, and customers.
Extremely attentive to detail, you keep accurate records for every job.
