Candidates should expect to be very hands-on in this position.
Whoever takes this position will be expected to participate in the tasks that they are overseeing.
No task is too dirty.
No job is beneath you.
The purpose of this position is to keep production moving as quickly and efficiently as possible and tie up loose ends where necessary.
We are looking for a candidate who can jump into these production processes, supervise the staff performing them, monitor worker productivity, and assist the Post-production Manager keep tasks moving along smoothly and efficiently.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
(include but not limited to) Use of METRC tracking system.
Pre-rolled joint production using a Knockbox, hand folding, packaging, labeling, quality control, tracking employee productivity.
Harvest of cannabis plants, harvest weights, drying, packaging fresh-frozen material.
Bucking and containerizing dry cannabis flower.
Weighing and packaging oil and vape cartridges.
Trimming dry cannabis flower.
Tracking trimmer productivity.
Preparing products for laboratory testing.
Verifying wholesale orders.
Creating METRC package tags and applying them.
Skills and Qualifications 1
years of experience supervising employees Experience with METRC 1
years of cannabis experience in harvest and post-harvest processes Strong communication skills Strong time management skills Ability to multitask Experience with continuous improvement Ability to perform repetitive tasks Ability to work on your feet for 8 hour shifts.
Ability to lift 50 pounds (75 pounds with assistance) Job Type:
