Job Description:
RN Staff Nurse
Responsible for patient care within a Medical Specialties Unit, and participates as a member of the health care team in cooperation with and under the direction of the clinical manager or designee as defined by the relevant Standards and Scope of Practice for the Registered Nurse. The RN Staff Nurse assesses, analyzes, plans, implements and evaluates patient care following established patient care standards for Legacy Health System including those for patient assessment and transfer.
Job Qualifications:
Education:As required by licensure. BSN preferred.
Experience:One year registered nursing experience or completion of Legacy Health Nurse Residency program.
Clinical experience in Medical Specialties preferred. For nurses selected without unit/department specialty experience, Legacy Health provides a 12 week precepted training program to achieve the necessary experience/competencies.
Licensure:Current applicable state RN license required. American Heart Association BLS - CPR certification required.
Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrated ability of positive interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, patients, families, physicians and the community. Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
