PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Individual leads DBA project that include requirements, design, working across departments, and driving deployment.
Person capable of handling process improvements, infrastructure strategy beyond database stack, and plays key role in spill report events (Unplanned Outages) driving root cause.
The ability to write work instructions and specifications for all levels of process and technology standards.
Key resource for projects supporting overall development and deployment tasks. Provides architectural support to developments teams on best practices and performance analysis for code optimization.
Ensures monitoring standards continue to improve, utilizing standard industry practices to ensure proactive monitoring, and educates/communicates peers on standards.
Leads and develops technology standards for repeatable database deployments ensuring General IT security controls are embedded as part of standards.
Administer and manage Oracle EBS environment which includes both production and non-production from a systems administrator perspective ensuring standards are met, patching process adherence, and monitoring/performance application.
Has desire to continually improve technical and behavioral skills on a dynamic team driven to ensure repeatable process with systems operating at high uptime and performance.REQUIREMENTS:
Years of experience - 6 to 10 years
Education - BS in Computer Science or equivalent (Job Related Experience considered in place of degree)
Technical skills - Oracle DBA certifications, SQL Server Certifications, ITIL, Windows Server Admin, Linux (RH/OEL), Oracle EBS, T-SQL, PL/SQL, Shell (C & KSH), MySQL, RMAN, ETL, DTS, Oracle Application Stack (EBS, Orion, Fusion Middleware, OBIEE, .). Hardware Experience (NetApp (SNAPS/SnapVault), SAN, OVM (Oracle Virtual machine), VMWare, Legato, SharePlex or Active DataGuard, OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager)
Soft skills (Competencies) - Documentation, Good Listener, Effectively Communicator, Dealing with Ambiguity, Continuous Development, Conceptual Thinking, Decision Quality. Process Oriented, Project Management
Communication:
Effectively leads technical discussions regarding planned and unplanned activities across IT departments and with business and IT management. Is considered a technical leader.
Drives technical adherence to standards and ensuring processes are repeatable through operational standards.
Knowledge and Expertise:
Has prior Senior Oracle DBA admin experience with ability to support process, technology, and people strategy adherence.
Ability to handle standard DBA responsibilities like restore, backup, provisioning, security management, and high-availability.
An expert in the database and Oracle EBS patching process.
Developing ability to understand how applications interact with database system layer across all technologies and underlying hardware dependencies.
Very knowledgeable about different technologies for database redundancy, high availability, and failover methods.
An expert in how to use, deploy, and advance Oracle Enterprise Manager for effective Oracle application framework management and optimization.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
