Summary
Performs analysis and application programming. Responsible for database and application programming projects and production support as part of the IT Departments Application Support Team. Contributes to analysis, design and programming for enterprise database applications.
DUTIES
Essential Duties
Designs, develops, implements, tests, and maintains database applications using C++, Perl, Java, and C#.
Troubleshoots and resolves application and database issues.
Contributes to solution identification for IT related issues.
Interprets code and makes modifications as needed.
Trains and assists users in upgrades to database applications.
Plans and installs software and database upgrades.
Analyzes requests for computer system modifications.
Coordinates with software vendor resources to resolve system problems and implement system enhancements.
Collaborates with full and part-time employees on projects to plan and implement.
Supports designated users on specific applications.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in computer-related field
Two years of experience with Object Oriented Programming languages and relational databases
At the colleges discretion, additional qualifying education/experience may be substituted for experience/education on a year-for-year basis.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Well-developed oral communication skills as well as technical skills to present and exchange technical information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current driver license, insurance and access to reliable automobile during work hours for transportation to off-campus sites
Desired Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Informix database management systems
Experience with C++, Perl, Java, and C#
Experience working in an end-user support role
Experience maintaining and supporting Jenzabar products

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
