Help Desk Support Technician I
Our IT department client is looking for a basic level help desk technician to field phone calls, troubleshoot callers' issues, solve the issues when possible and otherwise determine which department the caller should go to for more specialized support.
Must be patient, calm headed, articulate, and analytical.
Prior IT experience preferred.
Basic computer skills a must, as well as a familiarity with Windows 7 and the MS Office suite of tools.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
