There is one long-term full-time housemate who is very quiet and stays very-much to himself and another who only stays 3 or 4 nights per week (he lives elsewhere but works a few days as a pilot flying out of PDX. He comes home about 6:30 p.m., goes to bed by 8:30 and is gone by 5:30 a.m.). These 2 use the 2 smaller bedrooms which are a good distance from and on a different level than master suite. Lots of large common spaces: family room, living room, loft, laundry. Large front and back yard. Back has huge concrete patio- furniture available, and there is a sweet gazebo up in back corner. Heated with forced air-gas and cooled with central air.
